Would rather not be without your bike? I can also service it at your home or workplace — this needs to be arranged in advance.

Bosch e-bikes also get full diagnostics and a service report as part of a Full Service.
If something turns up that wasn't in the plan, you'll hear the price before I touch it. Extra work is £60 an hour on regular bikes, £80 on e-bikes.
Puncture repair
The smallest job on the bike and the most annoying — because you can't ride it to the place that would fix it. No need to get it to a shop — I'll come to you or collect it. Inner tube included, nothing added on top.

Got a family fleet that needs some TLC? Book three bikes or more with at least one child's bike in the mix, and I'll come to you and do the whole fleet in one visit — balance bikes ride free.
New bike in a box
Bought online and it turned up flat-packed? I come to you and sort it, whatever stage it's reached — checked properly, with a written report every time.

E-bike diagnostics, motors & suspension
Bosch eBike Service accredited
Motor gone quiet, forks feeling harsh? I remove, refit and check everything on the bike myself. Internal motor strips and suspension rebuilds go through trusted UK specialists — Bosch, Brose, Yamaha, forks and shocks — so you've got one point of contact instead of three.
