Gave the drivetrain a full refresh — new chain, cassette and chainring fitted. Replaced the inner gear cable for noticeably crisper shifts. The front rotor was worn, so we fitted a replacement — Over 50% worn. Fitted new front brake pads. The rear rotor was worn, so we fitted a replacement — Over 50% worn. Cleaned the battery contacts and confirmed its health. Wrapped up with a stand and road test, torqued the key fasteners, lubricated where needed, and gave the bike a protective polish.
Test-ridden and signed off as safe to use.
